Ray posted this elaboration on the problems caused by the Dutch editions:
My Dutch publisher seems hell bent on ignoring the part of the contract which states they must run all changes by me. They're changing the names of characters, again, though this time it's spelling, rather than completely. In Magician, Jimmy became Robbie.
