My British publisher does the spelling switches during the copy edit phase. Most reviewers are very unkind to British publishers that just take the film from the US publisher and shoot new plates from those. The lack of a "u" in color makes you twitch on that side of the pond. After all, you lot can't spell curb, either, so we must take pity on you.
