Depending on which version of the book you look at there is an error in chapter 7, where the prisoners are beong sentenced.
In the US First Edition, and some other printings, it states incorrectly:-

'Is this true?' said Arutha......
Other printings correctly state:-
.....'During the struggle he killed a guardsman,' said James.
'Is this true?' said Nicholas......
