What were you doing before you became a writer? What made you decide to write?

From: Raymond E. Feist

Many things.

I was a salesman, a marketing guy, a photographer, a film editor, a radio guy (disc jockey would sound too glamorous for what I was doing), a student, an assistant resident dean, a contracts administrator, a projects administrator, and out of work (a lot).

I decided to become a writer when people started to pay me to do it.

Best, R.E.F.
