Why was the title changed from Honor of a Bastard Knight to Shards of a Shattered Crown?

No, it was my choice because that weird thing that happens to writers occasionally popped up at the end of Rage. Honor was going to be about an on-going feud between Erik and Mathilda, but by the time I got to the end of Rage I had made some changes, and it seemed more likely that I could wrap up the conflict between them in a different way, which was accomplished far easier than I would have thought. See, you thought this was an easy way to make a buck. So, I looked at what the forth book was really about, and realized it was about "Picking up the pieces," and that the pieces metaphorically were of a broken crown.
